01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between the Paddypower platform ("we", "us", "Paddypower") and its users ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing our services through the Paddypower website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali. In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding, the Bengali version shall be considered final. Paddypower reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, but members will be notified before any changes take effect.

02 Account Registration

The following conditions must be met to open an account with Paddypower:

Paddypower reserves the right to close any account created with false or incomplete information and to forfeit the associated balance.

03 Age Restrictions & Eligibility

Age is verified at the time of registration. ID documents such as a National ID or birth certificate may be requested at any time if there is cause for doubt. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

You also confirm that:

• You are using your own account and not acting on behalf of anyone else.
• You are not located in a country or region where online betting is prohibited by law.
• You are of sound mind and are betting of your own free will.

04 Deposits & Payments

Paddypower currently accepts deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Only mobile banking accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits.
• Depositing on behalf of a third party or someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

05 Withdrawal Policy

Before withdrawing, here are a few things you should know:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

06 Betting Rules

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Paddypower:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless Paddypower initiates the cancellation.
• Payouts will be settled at the odds in place at the time the bet was placed, before any subsequent changes.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Paddypower reserves the right to void the affected bets.

07 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Paddypower offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own specific terms, but the general rules are as follows:

• The wagering requirements for each bonus must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are typically 5–30x the bonus amount.
• Each member may claim a promotion only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be used to place bets below the minimum odds requirement.

08 KYC & Identity Verification

09 Prohibited Activities

• Involvement in match-fixing or sports manipulation.
• Betting using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts or operating someone else's account.
• Bonus Abuse — claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Hacking or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Paddypower reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Extended inactivity of 12 months or more.

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded, though bonus balances will be forfeited.

11 Responsible Gaming

Paddypower believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We are committed to responsible gaming. Protections available on our platform include:

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Cooling-off period — from 24 hours up to 30 days.
